Butoh influenced dance film. 7 mins.
Slow moving limbs and a back in an underground overground world.
Made through a dance production award from OFVM Oxford in 2007. Originally conceived in the spring and summer months, by the time filming was organised we were in to late Autumn which influenced the colour, tone and mood of the piece.
Filmed in outdoor and draughty barn locations
the dancers had to cope with cold, and decomposing woodchips with plenty of bugs and beetles.
